Hello there! 

 

 My name is Kathleen, and I'm a freelance writer and editor.

I currently work as an ESL teacher. I love teaching. However, I'm also passionate about writing and editing. I love local journalism, and I have an extensive background as a reporter. I've written for the Queen's Ledger, the Richmond Times-Dispatch, the Columbia Missourian, and recently, St. Louis Sprout & About, the Webster-Kirkwood Times, and St. Louis Public Radio. 

 

I also love writing and editing technical copy, and some of my work has been featured in Scientific American, the Huffington Post, Yahoo News, Live Science, the New York City Department of Health and Mental Hygiene, and Columbia University Medical Center Newsroom.
